Ferdinand was excellent when he came on....Might be nice to give Bardo a chance to find his teeth. I would also give Muntari a chance to prove himself on the left with Malbranque in the hole.

Very nice to see Meyler on the bench too!

Bardo in at LB, he's fit, Muntari LW, he seems to be on a similar wavelength to Sess and if ricco is fit then put him up front with Sess or if not then give young Noble a run out.

I think Meyler is our best midfielder when fit, if he can stay fit too! I'd like to see Noble given a run. I think we are safe, is there a better time to play him?

Stick the bairns and the south americans in.

Do we give Angeleri a 4 game run at right back? Probs not after the bruce incident but we need to get them off the wage bill so let other managers possibly see what they're getting.

****ing easy this manager lark, should bell Brucey for a share of his wages.

I just thought we played some decent footy when Muntari came on even though he's clearly not fit some of his passes were sublime and what better chance to get young Noble on? Think Ricco could do a job up front as proven when he's played with Gyan but then again is he fit?

    Would go

    Mig
    Bardo/Onouha/Turner/Ricco
    Hendo/Colback/Catts/Muntari/Steed
    Sessegnon

and give Noble and Knott a run out with 20 mins left.

Looks good to me Syd <ok> If Ricco doesn't make it I'd like to see Riveros in his position. The guy has a great shot from distance, which has been missing from our game this season. Sess is lively enough to follow up on the loose balls.

EDIT: How could I forget Steed who had a very good game yesterday! Not sure where he would fit in to this formation though. Maybe put him out left and move Muntari into the middle behind Sess?

Looks good but watching on TV some seem slow to get back behind the ball when needed which makes me wonder how many are not 100% fit ?

If we look at the Wigan game, fit or not, every player gave their all, tackled and ran their socks off
