Right first off happy with a point this afternoon thought we could have shown more urgency to try and get the three points, but defensively was very pleasing particularly Killgallon and Colback ( although I prefer him in cm).

Not much time for respite as were off to merseyside and a chance for revenge against the toffees on Monday. Think we may have picked up a couple of knocks today so this is my team presuming Catts and Bardo don't make it.
    Mig
    Gardner/Turner/Killa/Ricco
    Larrson/Colback/Meyler/McClean
    Sess/Wickham

Don't know if Campbell is fit or not but I'd maybe have him on the right if he's ok. Time to give a few squad players a go and see what they can do.
    Thoughts?

Mon said he'd be trying to utilise the squad, Bendtner wasn't impressive today so I don't see why not give him a run out.

He's ****ed on way or another....

Either he's injured, or MoN don't rate him, not even on the bench again today............

With Catts going off with the injury and Campbell not making today because of the injury I would leave them both out of the squad but there is a good chance we can end the season in 7th and the prize money between each spot is huge! If we mess about for the sake of messing about we could finish as low as 14th, 15th and that is a lot of prize money lost compared to if we finish 7th! That would be a disaster after the position we are currently in

    Team for me would be

    ------------------- Mignolet -------------------

    Bardsley ---- Turner ------- Kilgallon - Richardson

    Larsson --- Gardner --------- Colback -- McClean

    --------- Sessegnon ------ Bendtner -----------

    subs

    Kyrgiakos
    Bridge
    Gordon
    Meyler
    Vaughan
    Ji
    Wickham

would be happy with that, but it has been reported that MON will give Gordon a run out, to prove he is worth a new contract, would also stick with Colback at L/B he has been outstanding when playing there, better than Bridge IMO

This for me think that MON needs to see Flash in a competitve game and Hopefully opens up talks with him. Also think Flash will be better against the Toffees

If there is no injury problems, stick with the same team....

They out classed a city team, and made a very good spurs team look less than impressive....

Everton away is not the time to be ****ing around with the team to much...

Just surfaced after what was a very good game yesterday in my humble opinion and I think the draw was about the right result. Okay it wasn't full of high drama and at times there was more action watching the grass grow than the actual game but, a point is a point and I'll take it all day against a team like Spurs.
Just watched MOTD and while watching the Everton game saw that with Piennar in the team they leave gaps at the back which Norwich found, hopefully we can get our wingers in these gaps when we play them. Without Piennar Everton seemed a bit more solid against us anyway so maybe we can bring to an end the Goodison hoodoo.
    Here's hoping.

Well it looks like we could well be without Cattermole, Bardsley and Bendtner so I will go..
