So if it comes down to it, what's your pick as to which striker to keep

For me, I'm nailing the super chrissy Martin colours to the flag!!!

He's had his troubles, he's had his trials on and off the field.

He's Norwich through and through though!! Cody got goals last year but go and have a look at chrissys goal against reading and tell me he isn't class!

Sorry Cody, but you ain't no super Chris in my book!

Shame we can only keep 25 players as Cody has nt really been handed a chance..... Chris Martin was sensational in our LG1 campaign and is still very young so we have to keep him. He has behaved like a dick and pissed off Lambo but that can be said of any young English player. I m a Martin fan but hope we can loan Mac D:cheesy: out to cover his wages.....

I like his mean streak, he's edgy! He's a hothead on the pitch and he's always first to a punchup but he's a great team player. Cody has found his level at league one/championship I feel and I think Chris will stay with us and get games in the prem reserve league

Of the two, it's got to be super Chris. When you take into account all the times he hit the post/bar, or missed by inches last season, he wasn't far from having a very respectable goals total, despite all the injury and off field problems. If he learns to use his brain a bit more, he could become a very useful 'Kevin Davies' type, and he's probably a better finisher than Davies.

As for Cody, if he had two years on his contract, I'd like to loan him to a championship club to see what he can do. As it is, with only a year left, it's time to sell.

Well people seem to be in one camp or another

"Canary caller" opinions of Cody accelerated out of control last year, but he ain't good enough.

if cody goes on loan to a championship side we can see how he does you have to remember he was playing league 2 with gillingham which is alot easy then championship football.

Martin any day of the week also paired with the fact some 'City' fans see it as their divine right to trash talk him at the slightest thing.

Cody is great, but simply not up to the level of the Premiership.

Keep Cody AND Chris a our reserve team strike partnership. Sell/Loan out Oli Johnson!

Why does everyone seem to think Cody is the one who should go! Cody has proved he is a goalscorer. He is quick enough for the prem and if given a chance could prove to be a big help if we get stuffed with injuries to Jackson and Vaughan.

Johnson for me is nowhere near as good as Cody could be. He is OK, dont get me wrong, and I like him as a player but Cody is just more exciting to watch and, for me, has ore potential.

I like Cody a lot, but Chris will definitely be in PLs plans moreso. Cody will be delighted to be in the Prem so soon after coming from Dartford, whereas Chris will have something to prove.

PL LOVES chips on shoulders, FACT.

Bedford - how many strikers do you think we can have in a 25 man squad? Most Premiership teams have 5 leaving, conveniently, 2 players for every other position. McDonald. Martin, Morrison, Vaughan, Wilbrahams, Holt and Jackson adds up to 7 which would leave us dangerously short of cover elsewhere. Even with 5 strikers the fifth in line will spend most of the season in the stands or on the subs bench unless there is an injury crisis and Wilbrahams is better suited to that role in view of his age and height. This means, controversially, that McDonald and Martin need to be sold if decent offers come in.
