Although I have a feeling it will be similar to how we lined up against Chelsea id like to see some changes. Obviously Gardner is out and what worries me is if he thinks of putting larsson is the middle which would be suicide against sissoko and Cabaye. Id love to see Rose through the middle as his pace, tackling and ability to move the ball forward could be crucial. Due to that Colback would revert to imo his best position left back. McClean would come in for me for his workrate and directness, he also has a goal in him. This is how id like to see us line up

    .......................Mignolet.........................
    Bardsley.......oshea... killgallon....Colback
    .....................N'Dayie...Rose......................
    Johnson..........Sessegnon..........McClean
    ..........................Wickham........................

Quick on the counter get the ball out wide and pepper them with crosses.

If they put the effort in they did yesterday im hopeful of getting something

    I would go for

    .........................Mignolet.......................
    Bardo..........O'shea.........Cuellar/Kilgallon...........Rose
    ........................Larsson..................................
    ................NDiaye..........Vaughan....................
    Johnson.......................................................Sess
    ........................Wickham

Think Larson could be the one to pick the ball of the defence and get us moving forward. Would normally have Gardner ahead of Vaughan but obviously suspension prevails. I think with N'Diaye and VAughan trying to press high up the pitch and with vaughans ability to pick a pass higher up the pitch we may get some joy and rattle them. Also for me Sess is a better left winger than right winger therefore Johnson must play on the right as oppose to the left and some may argue he is better on the right. Think the game could be too much for Graham so would prevail with Wickham and hope he can bully the two Centre halfs.

Hoping for the 3 points but would probably take 1 now if offered.

    i would go

    .........................Mig
    Bardo.........o'shea......killa.............Rose
    .................N'daiye..Colback

    .....................Whickham

subs : Westwood, Graham, Larsson, Mangane, Vaughan, Cuellar

went to the game and am still curious why graham didnt come on to chase the game with two up front.
colback coming on did not make any sense.
he has been valuable this season as cover at full back, but a game changer he isnt, if we was winning or drawing ok , but we needed to go forward, as we know he is a side foot charlie.
could have put the youngster on for ten mins

I like the idea of Rose & Colback in those positions. Capable of causing real problems.
Fitness and work rate will certainly be higher.
Possibilities imo. Well worth a try.

Have to say I have no problem with Massey... Howard ****ing tosspot ****er Webb on the other hand gave that pen for Everton against as and booked Dean Whitehead for kicking out amongst numerous other bad games he's had. Over-rated baldy twat. You may think I'm discriminating against folio ally challenged people but I am one so I can say what the **** I like!!!

Massey is the best linesman in the game, imho. She gets nowt wrong

Larsson in front of the back 4 would be suicide, imo.

Technology checks on her close calls shows she`s been 100% correct (up to now).
Don`t have a problem with her. Not keen on Webb though.

I'd go with the same team from last Sunday, with the only change of Colback in for Gardner.
We played really well and with another week of prepration and input from Paulo, we will annihilate the ****ers......
    COME ON.....

Change Rose and Colback and I'm with you.
Although Wickham grafted I'm still to be convinced he is going to get the goals we need.
Someone mentioned the other day on here perhaps Graham was carrying a knock and that was why he didn't come on when Wickham was running out of steam against Chelsea.
Well my mate who gets snippets of info, reckons Graham had a problem with his knee.
Graham has proved he is more than capable of scoring goals at this level when supplied the ammo.

Any team without Larsson in any position will do for me really. :p

I'd go with this, ideally with Graham available to come on as sub after Wickham has battered them. We may also have to keep McClean back as impact sub, which means Larsson starts. pretty weak bench mind you, but a point would be good. 3 would be terrific

You want to screw us over? Do what Wigan do.... Play 3-4-3. Do you have 3 good CB's?
