Switch hendo and sterling and that is just about my only change. Could Adam be in it? might depend on the transfer spec. If he is not then that is a good sing he might just be getting papped out!
Dempsey could make the 18 if he signs, dont think Spearo or Adam will be involved.Adam may even have left before Saturday or close to it.Think Hendo n Coates may struggle to make the bench but will play loads in the Europa League.Think Pacheco and Cole may also struggle to make the bench also. Think Sahin will be on the bench if signed,as with Sterling as after his crackin goal last week, he will get loads more chances under Rodgers than he did under Kenny, this Jonjo will also be on the bench after looking good pre season
That's pretty much how I see it doubt even if we signed anyone now they would make it in so that's what I imagine with probably Adam swapped for Sahin on bench.

Think Shelvey may start and Allen replace him a bit later on. But would not be surprised If Allen did start. Think we have to have an attacking option on the bench, one of maybe Sahin, Sterling and Pacheco on the bench... Cant wait for the season to kick off.....We never win the first game so we need to get that out of the way....

guys.... i think the back 5 really ought to be self explanatory if fit. people rightly question gerrard's role and from that stems the question as to who will play where. daydo's team is mostly likely IMO, i think picking sahin or dempsey or whomeve rit is rodger is saying we might finalise is a bad idea given the lack of picth time and allen for shelvey is harsh so if donwing was dropped i'd be also happy. we've plenty of players so they'd better damn well work hard.
I reckon Shelvey ahead of Allen with the latter coming off the bench as he works his way into the side

I think Assaidi will get ahead of one of Spearing/Henderson/Shelvey as they all pretty much play in the same positions (If its all completed before the deadline to register players for teh game of course)
Allen has only be here for a few days, too early for a start?? Think Spearing wont be on bench, I think one of Assaidi or Sterling will be, possibly both, we need the 3 points.Think brendan will be looking for the win from the bench more if, if its 0-0 second half, than Kenny would It should be 1 GK,full back,centreback and a cm on the bench, the rest (other 3 ) should be attackers. Wont be 2 full backs and 2 Cbs on the bench like there was with Kenny last season
In my opinion the bench should have - GK Full back cover CB cover Centre defensive mid cover Centre attacking mid cover Wing cover Striker cover Versatile players preferred, for example Kelly would be good, Spearing, Dempsey (For example).
