towards the end DVLA ran out of perforated tax discs, and if you renewed online towards the end of September you were sent a letter with un perforated disc as part of the letter. 1 of these complete is on ebay for £200. and perf. discs expiry date 30/9/14 up to £50. throw nothing out!!
