Tax cuts for top earners

    So Mr Osbourne has cut the top level of tax from 50% to 45% for top earners. I wonder if this will bring in more footballers to the Premiership.....

    Means instead of having to pay rvp 150k a week to keep him we can sign him to 140k a week. Its great news for arsenal. Unlike the other big clubs we cant just pay what we want. So this will help ALOT.

    Not particularly becuase contracts are negotiated on pre tax amounts so the current salaries wont make much if any difference. But yeah going forward we could offer 10k less potentially if we are explaining the post tax implications of players contracts. RVP stil;l might want £150k irregardless of what the post tax implications are
