I'm hearing from a reliable source that Tarrabt has been sold to PSG for €17m. This source has never been wrong about any transfer thus far and I'm sure this was to be expected. QPR should receive 60% of the fee with the other 40% going to Spurs.

At least this will give Warnock some funds to rebuild and make some welcome additions to your squad.

    That's about £ 14 - 14.5m
I thought they were holding out for £18m?

Like Brixton I’m afraid that I'll also not be holding my breath on Warnock seeing any of that money either.. Anyway, what is €10.2 million (which I think is about 60% of €17m) in sterling these days? About £12.40 isn’t it… :bandit:

Disappointed he has left but would be gutted if the funds from his sale (or a substantial proportion) are not reinvested.

Maybe now we will sign Routledge at the very least. Losing our 2 most creative players is unthinkable.

Your source may never have been wrong, District Line, but has it ever been right? Sorry to sound cynical, but we've been let down before by ITK's

    Right now 17,000,000.00 EUR = 14,900,640.57 GBP

60% of that to us means we get 8.95 million which is peanuts for a player of his ability and a player who could have created/ scored the goals that kept us up.

I think Briatore and co are cashing in the valuable chips before selling on to the Mittals. Briatore has previous, he sold Routledge and then gave up his shares to Ecclestone

If my memory serves me, didn't Bill value him at £15m on a thread earlier in the summer and was told by many that he was off his tree and that the correct fee would be about £6m?
    ITK I think.

Well if true good luck to the lad. He'll get a decent steak frites in Paris will he not?

We'll still be in business, he'll be getting decent grub - French cheese always tastes best over there.

Let's sign Crouch and do the robot, I've still got them moves
