OK so I'm a season ticket holder and have noticed that the club have given priority for away tickets to us!! perhaps a good idea, but would have thought priority to those that travelled to Carlisle first followed by genuine away supporters. Then if any left to season ticket holders, although I would like to go I will not be applying as I don't think I deserve a ticket (not having gone to an away game this season) C'mon City sort it.
That is a really magnanimous gesture- I am no longer a season ticket holder and have always stated that those that give the fullest commitment, should get first pick. You are quite right, that there are several fans that go to many if not all away games, where as I can usually manage only 1 or 2 to go with my 15-16 home games. I am happy to stand in the queue behind those with a greater priority, but season tickets are for home league games. I take it that the priority points system that was operated and always seemed a little complicated to me, no longer exists?
Not sure if anything exists to reward supporters who spend loads to go to away matches. Community based club?????
