I wrote an article about a month ago saying how I felt we should keep hold of Tamas, clearly my opinion is worth nothing to Paul Jewell as he is now available for 500K (probably a fair refection on his achievements with us) but I feel he certainly could still offer us something especially as he is still 24. I fear he would leave us and suddenly realise a lot of his potential and this could come back to haunt us.
i don't think pj will take into account what i say either, but i feel we should get rid of him. one good game against arsenal does not a good striker make ( in my opinion)
I think with the right management, he could be a great player and I agree being only 24 I think he is a least worth a try this season.
Seen only quick flashes of brilliance but - unless we are looking to offload him purely for finacial reasons - agree that he would be worth keeping for another season, just to establish how good / bad / indifferent he really is.
Sometimes you've got to get rid of a player that once showed a little promise instead of holding on for to long in the hope of something (Dean Bowditch).
True mate, but unless we really need the dosh today, it might be good to see him play in a new unit and under a new manager... just out of curiosity if nothing else!
I would imagine he is quite high wages aswell, He can only have so many second chances to prove himself.
