For the last 40 odd minutes it's been the topic of discussion that Danny is on his way, has anyone else heard anything concrete today?
Just come off the phone to one of my oppos at the liberty and he is almost sure Danny is off to sunderland within the week, but more alarming but not really a surprise vorm looks to be on his way somewhere if the price is right. where he does not know...Things are moving rapidly this week as the window closes soon. lots of activities and meetings taking place...
One to watch this one eh Dai. Personally, I think he'd be a fool to go. Wembley final to come, maybe Europe next year, top half team. Maybe he feels he's been snubbed and his ego can't deal with it. I hope not and I hope he stays
If he doesn't go tomorrow IMO he won't go, as I can't see the club trying to get a replacement on the last day of the window
Max Hicks had an interesting article that showed how Tremmel has a superior shot/save ratio to Vorm, maybe the gaffer noticed as well. Either way, I hear Barca are trying to convince Valdes to stay and surely Reina would be higher on their list?

Cheers dude, but both Swans and Mackems have to question his motives/motivation/other issues if this deal does get done. Good luck for the rest of the season, but an extra striker to supply competition to Fletcher (strangely the very same reason he wants out from a club giving him a chance of his only ever silverware) seems to be u strengthening in the wrong position imho (based on our last game, tonight and what I have seen if you on tv) Don't take it the wrong way, but we have sold many a wantaway player who have excelled in our system and a resounding ZERO have so far gone on to even match the heights they reached under us.
I think Danny will do well at a club like Sunderland. Strange that he gave his shirt to a Sunderland fan. Vorm not on the bench spells trouble...He isn't injured is he?
I bet Danny is having a good think this morning, especially having the reception that he did last night AND the way we outplayed them, surely he can't want to play in a team that has to play that way for mid table mediocrity each week ? If he does, I'll get matron to open up the guest room his head's shot more than mine!
I agree that he's bonkers if he goes there. It didn't sound like a minority booing to me at all but the vast majority. If he goes he'll have made his bed just like others who thought the grass was greener. Outrageous giving a Mackem his shirt when loyal Swans fans made that trip (unless they weren't near the pitch). More and more I'm beginning to think that he's been told we've already lined someone up and this has made his mind up for him. Just a thought.
