Wait till they go down. He'll be a greedy **** who hasn't. Spent owt. And the manager will have no plan B
It's the sensible way to run a business. Spend within your means and hope that hidden assets such as team spirit prevail. Set out your budget and stick to it. Do not overspend. Seek value in your purchases, invest in your scouting network. Try and get a squad of 23, not necessarily all world beaters, including a couple of utility players. Get a decent manager, probably the best use of money as a good one can maximise the potential of his players. Be good to your customers as these are the people who decide your budget. Hope that all of this is sufficient to finish above 90% of the other teams in your division.
Imp Huddersfield are/we're over 40 million in debt prior to last season. Can't comment on if they made any yet this season. They were first promoted in 2011 I think and they lost fans every year again until last season. No results yet. So let's not get all treat the fans and they'll come. Fans are fickle, success brings them. They. Had cheap tickets but weren't coming. If all clubs were debt free and all given the same money every year you can see who manages it best but that will never happen. Brighton have spent a ****ing fortune and have just go to the PL at last. Two defeats and I'm hearing Chris hughton has no plan B and doesn't know how to pick a formation...
