Looks like the beginning of the end for this ****e now. Zaha is stopping doing it now as he’s said it’s all run it’s course.

The act of bending the knee displays servitude and inferiority. Quite how it lasted this long is beyond me. BLM in itself is a terrible organisation. Equal opportunity should always be a goal. Sometimes people demand equal outcomes though and I cannot abide by that.

Agreed. Once was enough. Make a statement about racism then actually do things about it. Solutions are hard to get though, feels like there’s a lot of tokenism going on. Some of the punditry from the likes of Clinton Morrison or Micah Richards is as bad as we’re seeing now from Jacqui Oatleys attempt at commentating.

 

Everyone loves Micah right now, but I think he's absolutely clueless. Doesn't say even anything remotely unique or interesting.

Clinton Morrison has always been a proper bad pundit, quite how he got that job other than because of his colour is beyond me.

Sky need to find themselves more black women, their quota can be fulfilled with half the required resources.

John Boyega who played Finn in Star Wars said his entire character existed because they wanted a black guy in the movies. Like thats it.

But I guess it has to start somewhere? The difficulty is then promoting people on skin colour instead of merit. I’ve always wondered at the clamour for more black managers - there are barely any decent black coaches, but that’s got nothing to do with the FA excluding black people. Yet suggest it’s something about the black community being too entitled, embittered and - heaven forbid - lazy, and it’s racist.

 

The rugby union players took it up last weekend. I don't know how long it will last (it probably wont last long) but instead of taking the knee they all stood...and looked ****ing menacing

People should be picked for jobs and **** based on their skills not what ****ing colour their skin is! Can only gay people play gay characters in films and movies?

 

the whole gay only actors for gay characters is laughable. Imagine if it were the other way around... straight characters can only be played by straight actors. As well as being illegal and discriminatory the gay community would be beelin.

Ok, i see what you mean, but I was talking about the Union - England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Sheepshaggers. Tories screwing up NI, letting wee Jimmy Krankie push for Indy again and putting the Union at risk.
