    Sky reporting financial part of the takeover to be finalised later today with final contract being signed late afternoon. The details then have to go before the PL ethics committee for ratification which will take about ten days.

    The only good I can see is that these guys have a track record in developing stadia and handling merchandising - both areas in which we could do with some help. Having said that I'm not sure about this at all and am very worried for the future. I'm not convinced that the character of the Club will ever be the same.

    I know I go on about this, but a lot of people go on about we needed investment, but am still waiting to hear what the investment is, the 100m is going in to peoples pockets (which is fine) where is the investment into the club, playing staff. Nothing has been said.

    This is being done with the previous investors and the new investors best interests in mind , with the club's interests taking a back seat IMO .

    But roof everyone are calling them investors, until they invest in the club over and above just buying it there is no investment and that is my worry, There is more on offer next season alone in TV money than what they are paying for the club

    I'm just calling them investors so everyone knows who I'm talking about....lol
    A lot of scurrying with us and Everton for new owners to get their foot in the door before this season's massive TV money deal .
