If Gerrard becomes our manager will you learn to spell his name correctly?

If I could pick anyone it would be Nuno Santo. What a manager - got Wolves promoted - and consolidated them in the Prem as a strong side.
Crikey why can’t we land one like him???

Sadly he’s not available, so Hughton for me out of the available bunch - to get us up.

Does SG really think that Bristol City would be an ideal opportunity to further his ambition to manage Liverpool? I would think that being an ex-manager at Rangers would give him more clout than we can provide. Where are all those diamonds in the rough that show up regularly in English football?

It worked for Frank Lampard who took over at Derby for a while then landed the Chelsea job. He just used Derby as a stepping stone, which is fair enough.
I'm sure Gerrard will one day fancy himself as being the Liverpool manager, but I can't see Klopp going anywhere anytime soon.
We should be one of the most attractive jobs in the country after the top two thirds of the Prem.

Agree but only on an interim basis until the 100% right candidate comes along or is available.
The trouble is the end of this delayed season and the start of the new one are both pretty close. For once it would be good to have our house in order before the start of a new campaign and any new players on board, rather than playing catch up like we've seemed to do all too frequently over the last decade or so.

I agree, if we change, then better now than later. But like you said, needs to be for the right candidate .
