    all you die hard supporters who made the trip up to huddersfield ,was it the worst match you have ever seen ?what was worse ,the match itself or the playing surface? the next time you visit portman rd. you should all be given a drink of your choice.mind you it does help to be pissed while watching town play at the minute cheers .

    To be fair white horse, aside from Elland Road, Huddersfield is the next easiest journey for me. That's why all this 'you don't get to many games' stuff is bull coming from people who live in East Anglia.

    It wasn't the worst performance I've seen because for a start we kept a clean sheet. It may be one of the worst games I've seen though on a par with Mick McGiven's defensive-minded drivel in several games in the mid-nineties and George Burley's side on their last legs at Hillsborough about a decade ago. So - if you get tonked 5-0 or something that's obviously a worse performance and I've seen plenty of those.

    I don't think you can blame the pitch but it may have been why we opted to play hoofball in contrast to playing it on the deck at Ewood.
