Not brilliant to be honest but showed flashes of being a good player. His decision-making was quite poor and he seemed generally lacking at the simpler parts of the game but he showed good composure to wait for Mackie's run when a lot of players would have just smashed it across.
Looks very shaky and out of his comfort zone. Hope he settles in the coming weeks. Hopefully the trainning in a hotter climate for a few days and a week off will help
Is it a mistake to persist with him? Does his form justify him remaining in the team? Is Hill more solid? Should we look at bringing Traore back to LB?
FFS he has played 3 games in a new country with a totally different style of football! Give him a chance to settle in, this break will do him good. Also none of the goals on Saturday came from the left as far as I can recall, perhaps one each v Villa and Wolves. If we don't get on his back constantly this guy will be a QPR legend.
Nice one SB! He did do very well setting up Mackie's first goal - he set it up so good it was more difficult for Mackie to miss it, once Mackie had made the good run that he did.
I think the temperature was a bit of a shock to his joints give the guy a chance FFs, the power behind that free kick must of hurt
The whole defence looked shaky in that first half, I wouldn't single Taiwo out for criticism. As SB says, we have to give the guy a chance to acclimatise, and that goes for the entire back four that have to develop an understanding. That said, they're good professionals so, after this break, I would expect it to be coming together over the next 2 or 3 matches.
How i seen it Taiwo has gettin it a little bit better minute by minute. He was very good on second half last saturday and givin sometime to him he could be a crucial thing in our salvation.
