The vast majority of Cardiff City fans are willing to see where this RE-BRANDING takes us, so why is it, maybe a few hundred fans are trying to speak for the rest of us ?
Demanding meetings with the board etc. I work with many Cardiff fans and only one as been against turning red. The rest about 25 or so have been willing(a couple reluctantly) to give it a go.
So if we transfer that to our average gate last season 23k it means about 700 fans are against us turning red.
As far as some fans claiming to rather see us in the 4th division playing in blue , rather than playing in red !!!! Makes me wonder who the real fans are?
I personally have had enough of this RED/BLUE debate, cant wait for the season to start, and I'm looking forward to see us in red. Playing in Blue we have had in over 100 years, one FA cup win a few years in the top flight, a couple of good nights in Europe, but many more seasons playing in front of less than a couple of thousand fans, struggling in the bottom division.
See you all in August .
