I was wondering if anybody has any views on our tactical approach for the new season. I am a little concerned that Hendon is as yet unreplaced and felt that last season Hess was too slow to make tactical changes in games that were going against us. This was particularly stark in the last few home games and arguably cost us a play-off place. Thoughts?
