I looked at the Premier league table and if we lose our next 3 games we could be in the bottom 3. I dont think that will happen as we have enough quality to avoid that but teams around us are starting to pick up points.

So who do you guys think will go down? Im going for
    Wigan
    Wolves
    West Ham

I hope we stay up OBVIOUSLY and Blackpool. Loving their attitude towards games it is a pleasure to watch them.

I said before the season that 3 of the W's would go down - (Blackpool i wanted to stay up because i agree with you that their attitude is fantastic - i was at SJP back end of last season for the match vs blackpool and was great atmosphere).

At the moment i would stick with my original bet. West brom i think will either freefall or with a new manager end up 14th/15th and the 3 w's mentioned above will drop

West Brom are starting to look a little wobbly at the moment. At the moment one could say that any in the bottom fourteen or thereabouts are in danger of some sorts.

Newcastle aren't safe; a few inguries and a couple of bad results and it could be squeaky bum time.

I think that we have enough character in our team to get the 9-10 points that should put us safe. If we could 6 points from the next 3 games I might start to relax a bit (I would be happy with 4 mind)

For me the relegation spots are going to be filled by any 3 from West Ham, Wigan, West Brom, Wolves and Blackpool.

At the moment I'm looking more at a top ten finish but would be happy with around 13th (start of season would have settled for 17th)
as for who goes down not taking sentiment into it as I'd love to see all these teams stay up but can't see it

    Blackpool
    west brom
    west ham

Depending on what we do at St Andrews I'd say Birmingham are in danger of the drop too

Any other season and we would be pretty close to being home and dry and we'd know one of the three teams going down, but it's literally silly season and two wins and teams can go from bottom to knocking on our door.

Our inability to kill off teams is concerning and I'm fast thinking of the gaffer as Alan ParDrew, but I suppose draws against Arsenal and Spurs are still good results. We've got winnable games coming up so we need to concentrate and put away a few more of the chances we create and shore up at the back.

I think West Brom are gonna go down since they've got shot of Di Mateo and I think West Ham will actually have enough to stay up, but Wigan and Wolves will go down

Wigan, Wolves and either Blackpool or West Brom. I think West Ham have enough to stay up. As for us, we have winnable games coming up so we should be fine

I think goal difference will be key in finishing places this season, and I think that the magic 40 point mark might not even be enough.

A poor run of form for anyone in the table from us downwards - 3 losses in a row to the wrong teams - and you're in the relegation zone.

This can happen to anyone - key injuries, bad luck, some poor ref decisions and a drop in form...

Newcastle have a great scoring record this season. It's all going to count come the 38 game mark

I think it's going to be way above the 40 point mark this season

Yep. I reckon you could be looking at a team relegated with 42-43-44 points but disastrous goal difference.

Here's hoping we carry on scoring them the rest of the season!!

I can't see that myself. The bottom 3 are West Ham, 24 points from 26 games, Wolves, 24 from 25 games, and Wigan 26 from 26 games.

Even if these 3 start to pick up more points than they have all season, the clubs above them will lose points (they all play each other)

I still think that 40 points will be enough. (more out of hope than logic probably)

because they have finanly hit that very bad form which partners unexpierenced teams such as hull last year, i think, even though they score lots that thier defence will let them down.
    wolves
    westbrom
    blackpool
    to go down

Can't see us being involved in the scrap to avoid relegation. For me it's three of the 'W's for sure.
