I have no complaints with Taarabt wanting to leave if we not willing to pony up and pay him Premiership wages and not showing enough ambition to sign players to keep us in the top flight. We are privileged to have him for as long as he stays.
Ideal Taarabt: characteristically sublime to ridiculous... how to get from flawed genius to fallen idol in one move. Little wonder he ends up floundering around on his backside so often!
The bottom line is he is always on the edge, it's frustration that triggers most of his strops on the field and his immature personality that triggers the upsets off the field. He is NEVER going to change and his frustrations will know no bounds in the Premier League, As Warnock says, he'll have had enough of him by Christmas and if he goes before the start of the season he'll probably be back with us by Christmas on loan. Warnock handled him brilliantly but he's now gonna have to put the team first in this league.
I get that he's a flawed genius, what i don't get is his sheer lack of respect for a club that initially took a punt on him when nobody else would!! I think the boy is an arse and imo can **** off to Newcastle!!!
I still don't think the big boys would touch him with a barge pole, too much of a risk. But I think Newcastle may take a punt on him simply because they've got more money than sense and Pardew doesn't realise how much trouble he is. Don't get me wrong I'd love him to stay but by christ the gobbing off gets on my nerves.
According to the BBC rumours, Man U are sniffing around again. While I don't believe it, I couldn't think of a worse place for him to go. There is no way Ferguson would put up with him, he'd be consigned to the reserves and left to rot in no time.
He was the difference for us last season and if he stays then great but if he doesn't then so be it. Won't loose any sleep , he has always been an arse and to act with the petulunce is just beyond me. He behaves like a child and am embarrassed by his antics at times. The best Million pound we have ever spent , we will make money and he got us to the PL . If he don't want to stay then f*** off.
Have to go along with that mate, that goes for the goons as well ,I cannot afford QPR anymore with the train fare on top Thankyou Bernie and co
Andrew. I have a feeling that Bernie and flav will be gone within a fortnight ( well heres hoping anyway )
Ferguson would'nt tolerate his behaviour, so Taarabt would find life a lot different at a club like Man Utd than QPR.
In all honesty, I don't think we will. He wouldn't get into our first team (same position as Ben Arfa), and Pardew and Mike Ashley definitely wouldn't stump up £10m for an unproven walking-talking-strop-machine. Let him go to the Mancs, he'll get knocked down to size by Ferguson. Either that or they'll both kick off in a mardy at each other. That would be funny...
It was probably down to the goons that the team could not have an open top bus for winning the league They probably thought the bus company were overcharging them
i for one wish that if he's going then do it now and get it over with all the is he or isn't he will just disrupt the planning for the season better he goes now than a couple of days before the window closes,
one thing with Mr Taarabt - the same one that 3 week ago wasn't going to play for Morrococ again and then changed his mind, the one that threw a strop against leeds, the one that wants out of QPR.....a message for him...for fooks sake grow up. If you want to stay then say it, if you want to go then do it, but try to prove yourself a premier league player first. NW rescued you from Spuds reserve team and if it is the board you are pissed off with, then join here and voie your opinions...you will get support. Fergie, Wenger and Co will be more impressed IF you can make their defenders look stupid with a world class display which might, and I say might, lead to an offer
Such a shame he behaves this way, a real spoilt brat On his day he is a match winner and a player that would (imo) be sorely missed at QPR. I hope the comments that he alledgedly made were lost in translation as I find it had to believe that after such a great season he would feel this way before even a ball is kicked in anger in the prem
We won the Championship because NW built the team around Tarbs, playing to his strengths, having others cover for his weaknesses. But we won't survive in the Prem using the same tactics, so I don't think his loss to us would be that great... so long as we bring in strength all over the park. The thought of the Goons leaving in a fortnight is too wonderful to contemplate...
