Wolfsburg hope to lure Taarabt from QPR in cut-price £4.5m dealBy Sportsmail Reporter

Wolfsburg have revived their interest in QPR’s Adel Taarabt.

The German side wanted the 22-year-old in January when he was valued at £8million.

But Taarabt has just a year left on his contract and they hope to sign him for £4.5m.

Meanwhile, QPR keeper Paddy Kenny will hold talks with Leeds next week. Leeds are also keen on Derby midfielder Paul Green, 29.

No way will he go there. Extend his deal Sparky.

4.5m is not enough. Spurs will get half of that.

We should have intrduced the captive breeding program when we had the chance. Just Imagine what he could have passed on.

    Rubbish story.
If he were to leave he would go to France.

We've got to make a decision on Adel quickly - if we keep him (hope so, there's lots more to come from him) get the contract extension sorted now as we need to build the team with him in mind, which influences transfer policy. If he's going, let's get rid as soon as and move on. Doubtless this will drag on all summer.
If he is sold, I have no idea what his value would be, didn't we pay £1m for him and have to give Spurs 40% of what we sell him for? So anything near £2m we would break even on transfer cash at least, and he's also earned us £50 m odd by getting us promoted. Think we're up on the deal already.....

He will leave unless we can convince him to sign a new contract. I dont understand why we havent offered him a deal. As such I think he has gone which is a damn shame unless he has been offered a deal and no one knows anything about it.

This could also be agent talk to get Adel a new deal on higher wages in line with some of the newer players...

Not worth selling for £4.5m, would be better value letting him run his contract down and leaving on a free if he does the business next season. That Spuds goal was worth a few bob when you look back on it now...

He'll stay. The Premiership is the place to be and the club is going places. Hughes is also a big admirer.

Doubt he or his agent would be very happy with that arrangement, and we know young Adel is prone to sulk.

Cisse walking in the door followed by Diakite should have got him thinking.

True Rhino, I can see a couple of big names joining. Shay Given a great signing if it comes off

That goal cost them a Champion's League place, run his contract down and that would be a double-whammy...
