Sometimes Warnock does make me wonder.I am getting a little fed up with hearing him say how well we played when the majority of fans think we were ordinary at best.
I wasn't there mate watched online. But I thought general play was good and obviously carving out chances we were good at it was just such poor finishing
The general play ? We huff and puff from side to side.We look toothless.Id rather see s**t football and win to be honest but I cannot see us scoring unless HH heads it in.
Well I will be guided by you 2, because you can see more when you're there, but i was going by chances carved out I thought Faurlin played the ball around nice and neatly as usual Traore got forward again very well, and some decent spells of passing.
Faurlin was his usual classy self and you're right, if we'd taken our chances, especially Barton's sitter, we would have won. But NW did not have a good day.
Col I'm huge fan of NW and will defend him as much as possible but I think you're right he did make a mistake with the Buzz substitution. But I don't think anyone could've envisaged how bad Buzz would be, and do feel sorry for the lad, he used to be such a huge favourite with our support. But yes it was a mistake.
Swords we had a 10 day transfer window and we're sitting in 11th six points above the drop zone, imagine if we'd had all summer
Now that's just downright mean! You're obviously trying to wind me up with that Stan and you're doing a bloody good job! (P.S COLIN's doing a great job but he'll have his work cut out in the next two games)
Agreed. I really rated him, but he's just not the same player since his injury. That's not his fault, but NW didn't have to make such a howler today.
I heard on the radio (5 live) on the way home from the game that Warnock tore into Faurlin afterwards. It was the lady reporter that reported on it, has anyone else heard that?
