    Buyers have spoken with BBC Leeds and told them that the deal could still go ahead if Bates retracts his new demands and agrees to the original terms.

    So hold off on the suicides just yet...

    I'm flat out refusing to even consider this a possibility. That way if it happens I can be happy about some T/O news for a change! (but yeah, I'll put the noose down, for now...)

    Don't hold your breath. It's all Colin's fault anyway. If he hadn't managed to buy Portsmouth for buttons I'd have been out of here. As it turns out, I reckon I can turn a tidy profit on player sales at the end of this season.

    If the club had stuck to their original Philosophy and not discussing anything until it was a done deal we wouldn't be in this situation.
