i used to do the T-mobile 6-month web and use it in a dongle for the lappy, its a good deal but is supposed to only be used in a phone.

cheapest one is delight mobile £15 pay as ya go unlimited everything - but the customer service is non existent and they sent me internet setting which ****ed my s4mini

now i do giffgaff £20 unlimited everything
