The explosive winger scored the winner against his old club Chelsea this week to claim his first league goal in 969 days. Wright-Phillips has struggled to find the sort of form that earned him lucrative moves to the Blues and Premier League champions Manchester City since arriving at Loftus Road in August 2011. But Rangers boss Rednkapp insists the midfielder still has the ability to perform at the highest level and has been working closely with the former England star to try and recapture his old magic. âIt was good for him,â Redknapp said of Wright-Phillips' stunning strike against Chelsea. âIt was a great finish and it was great to see it go in for him. âWhen I came here I put him straight into the team. I said to him 'look Shaun I think you can be great for us' and I've done nothing but encourage him and get the best out of him.â Wright-Phillips has made 16 appearances for QPR this term, netting two goals in the process. http://www.fulhamchronicle.co.uk/london-qpr/2013/01/04/82029-32546557/? Nice bit of research there If Arry gets him going and get him contributing then I'll be mightily impresse.
Could try putting him on the transfer list and see if that gets him going! If it works then follow up with Boswinga.
