Swearing for some people is an issue and because we want an open board and as many good posters as possible we have to take this issue seriously. not606 is for adults and therefore swearing, which is a part of daily life for many people, is not banned. For some people this an issue, they don't like it, so very wisely IMO, Mick has provided us with a swear filter. If you look at the bottom of the page you will see a box marked swearing and here you can switch it off or on. I am drawing this to your attention because some of you have brought your old 606 habit of miss-spelling the swear words. Now sometimes this is done to be polite but the effect is that the swear filter does not block it, thus defeating the purpose. So the mods have discussed this and would ask you to spell your swear words correctly in other words don't Fcuk the system. When you want to swear do it properly and spell it ****.
