I’ve bought a new phone and I need my season ticket moving across to it. I don’t have the email it was originally sent out on. How do you do it. I was about to smash the bastard last night.
You will probably have to go through the hell of trying to contact the Ticket office if it hasnt transferred automatically. Good luck marra, smoke signals or through a medium appear to be your best options to contact them
I know it’s not ideal but if you are struggling, a simple picture of the QR code works to get you in the ground . That’s what I did when I was unable to forward a ticket .
I think you need to remove it from old phone and download original email on to new device. Before you do that do a search for the email, it may still be there in the background. If that doesn’t work send me your details and I’ll try to help.
Go into your ticket account-view account menu-account management- account history. Find the transaction then press resend email. Hopefully that will work and save a bit of hassle.
