Our opponents, Swansea, drew on Saturday, 1-1 with relegation contenders Sheffield Wednesday, having beaten bitter local rivals Cardiff City the previous week...but they lost to localish rivals Bristol City the week before that. They sit 15th, on 47 points, so 4 points ahead of us. Their top scorers are Jamal Lowe and Jerry Yates, with 8 each, as they look to replace Joël Piroe, who left them for Swansea after the first few games of the season. As for us, a splendid win on Saturday, and surely a goal of the season contender from a centre back. That win saw us move up to 18th, and 4 points clear of the relegation zone. Our joint top scorers are Chair and Dykes, with 5 each...but it is interesting when looking at the stats. The two players with the best goals per 90 ratio are Willock (0.20) and Armstrong (0.21)...and they have the best shot accuracy too (Willock - 63% and Armstrong - 67%). Given these stats, could it be worth trying to play them up front together. It'd require Willock to be willing to make some runs, and play off Armstrong, but then Armstrong will also make runs and create space for Willock. I'm no expert, and I'm sure Cifuentes has considered this, but it could be an interesting pairing to try out. Maybe I'm just a bit sentimental, and I remember the days of Gallen and Ferdinand/Spencer-Sheron, and would love to see a solid and consistent front two pairing again. Team news and manager comments to go up when on the official, have a great Easter Day one and all, and as always... ...COME ON YOU SUPER HOOPSA!!!

Bloody hell Dave give it a rest, I've not recovered from yesterday yet. Just hope we don't have the emotional hangover we did after the West Brom game.

Happy with a point from this one. Similar soft spot for the Swans, my better half’s family are from the Swansea valley and it’s a nice part of the world. Cheers Dave.
