This shows that Norwich really are being ignored. BUT I don't care.

Yes we are doing better, slightly, but of these Swansea players play for England the team could do well and Norwich's English players will avoid injury.

If you replace Swansea with Norwich and Swansea players with Norwich players the majority of the article could accurately reflect Norwich.

Could the famous 'Leeds Effect' be renamed the 'Swansea Effect?'

Agree with what you say about comparisons with Norwich. A similar 'rags to riches' story of the rise from obscurity to mid table in the top flight.

If we can beat Chelski on Saturday, we'll doubtless get a similar column to this ourselves.
If they'd beaten say, Bolton 3-2, it wouldn't be newsworthy at all <ok>

For some reason the media have had a love in with Swansea since day one. I'm not denying that Brendan Rogers has done a fine job there, BUT he inherited the team and ethos that Martinez built. Lambert on the other hand inherited a club on it's knees on the brink of administration AND in a division lower ! Yes, THE SWANSEA EFFECT !

i know arsenal have a lot of injuries at the moment but was anyone disappointed watching the match on sunday, wishing we'd played arsenal now rather than when we did? arsenal were playing out of their skin when they came to carrow road and van persie in full flight - but against swansea they looked awful. credit to swansea because they played them off the park but i felt frustrated that we don't play arsenal until the penultimate match! i think we'd beat them at the moment...

I doubt we would get an article like that. I don't want one like that either. Graham and Dyer can player for England, get injured or move to bigger clubs. While we get to keep Holt, Johnson and Plikington who I am happy are being ignored. Even if Holt is the third highest English goalscorer and has scored more than Graham.

ironically, most swansea fans i talk to aren't that impressed with danny graham or scott sinclair. the media seem to rate them far higher than their fans do... in my opinion their best player this season was the same best player last season - joe allen

...i thought arsenal were diabollically bad in the second half, walcott is nowhere as good as when he was 18, what's happened with him?

i'd heard that about graham as well, especially at the start of the season. he's knocking a few goals in now.
Let swansea have their moment though.
