    Really disappointed about this.
Not a ‘knock’ to Swans fans and fair play to the ones who do come to LR. But once again my mate could not get a ticket and will miss this game. He is a lifelong Rangers fan and should always be able to see the R’s before any away fan. (Before any one knocks him he has been all over the place supporting the Rangers but fell on hard times financially and had to give up his ST.

So what I am saying is why give so many tickets to away fans?

Why can’t QPR give away fans 1000 tickets in Ellerslie Road (next to school end)? Why give teams an advantage behind the goal? We don’t need to give away 3400 tickets when our ground only holds 18900. Look what Newcastle Man U and other teams do and put them in a corner? Give both ends to Rangers fans and make both half’s an attacking end. It will help the team and give us an advantage.

It would be quite simple to segregate and people like my mate who is a true Rangers fan can get to see the game without having to be a season ticket holder or member.

    Sort it out Tony!
    Rant over.

To be honest I'm very suprised that they have given them both tiers ( if that's what your saying Ellers).
Thought the norm was let them sell out the top tier with an option to have ALL the lower tier ( and pay for it ALL), if needed. If not then the tickets go to Rangers.

    That's what i am saying Staines. <ok>
We are one of the only teams that have sold out the home end today (Fulham Newcastle Reading WBA West Ham) have not and still have tickets available. Yet Swans get both tiers and don't sell it out, so why give it to them?
I guess i am upset because my mate can't go today and we always go together.

QPR need to rethink this about allocation because we are letting our own miss out.

Ellerslie doesn't have enough entrances/exits to segregate and you'd have to rope off however many seats to do so, reducing the capacity. We have to accept that getting as many people, and thus revenue, in the ground as possible has to be done given the size of the stadium and the capacity is maximised by not having to rope off any of the School End. Swansea will have paid for what is unsold. If away teams want to accept the smaller allocation then great, but I'm in favour of selling the whole 3300 or whatever it is if possible.

    This.

Sorry Watford i can't understand why you would want 3300 away fans in a ground that holds 18900? I have been to many games where the away end helped those away teams win. For me i would just put them in Ellerslie Rd. It could be done, esp if you keep them behind for 10 mins.

Another reason why we need a new stadium. It has always been a huge bug bear for me that away fans get the whole school end. Stick em on the roof I say, and let em chute or slide away into the White City Estate after the game.
