Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins says the Premier League new boys have had no offers for Ashley Williams and are not willing to sell their star defender. Reports suggested that Queens Park Rangers had tabled a £2.6m bid for the 26-year-old Wales centre-back. My fave part in that article was when HJ didn't rule our Senna. I still don't see it happening but as I said in a previous post it's so exciting to be linked to such players and realise that we're now competing against the very best!
And another good thing is that some of these players actually want to come to Swansea. We could really build something big here for the future. If teams like Bolton and Stoke can do fairly well, then we should be able to as well.
I agree, we seem to be making all the right moves to stay up and do well like Bolton and Stoke but I think we'll do it with a little bit more flare than those long throws Hey what am I saying, it's going to be hard to stay up but I believe we can. It's going to be one hell of a season.
Totaly agree. Can't wait for this season and and watch the development of the team over the summer before we start our full season back in prem
