Brief report from today’s presser – No issues with any players after International duty. Hanley in the team for the Under 23s tonight and McLean should be fit for the trip to Bristol. DF expecting a tough game, as Swans on quite a decent run in their last few games.
Swansea midfielder Tom Carroll will miss the visit of Sky Bet Championship leaders Norwich because of a hip problem. Bersant Celina has been carrying a groin problem, but should be available, along with centre-back Joe Rodon (ankle). Striker Wilfried Bony continues to build up his fitness after making a long-awaited return from a serious knee injury as a late substitute at Bolton. Midfielder Luciano Narsingh is expected to return to full training next week after a hamstring problem. Norwich head to Wales on the back of five successive Championship wins, which have put them two points clear at the top. Canaries boss Daniel Farke reported no fresh injury concerns from the international break, during which he and some of the squad were away on a warm-weather training camp in Tampa, Florida. Defender Jamal Lewis has shaken off a minor hamstring problem so will travel, as will midfielder Ben Marshall (hamstring). Captain Grant Hanley is set to feature for the under-23s as he steps up his recovery from a thigh injury. Norwich have won their last five games in the Championship, and are looking to record six consecutive wins in league competition for the first time since March 2015. Opta Stats Since making his Championship debut in February 2018, only Neal Maupay (18) and Lewis Grabban (17) have scored more goals in the competition than Swansea striker Oli McBurnie (16). Norwich striker Teemu Pukki has scored a brace in each of his last two Championship appearances - the last player to score 2+ goals in three consecutive games in the competition was Scott Hogan in May 2016 (for Brentford). Swansea are developing very nicely under Graham Potter. They're a relegated club but are virtually unrecognisable from the side that played in the Premier League last season. This will be a tough trip for Norwich, who have flown up to the top of the table on the back of a remarkable run of form under Daniel Farke. I would back them to keep that going on Saturday. Now I'm content with the content!!!
A win today would definitely suggest our recent run hasn't been a flash in the pan. Swansea are performing well at the moment and the break will have been an opportunity for them to analyse our recent play at length and look for ways to frustrate us. We aren't winning games in the first half which suggests to me our football is okay but not overpowering. Winning the second half suggests we are very (very) fit and good football is still in evidence late in the game but it's not a situation I'm entirely comfortable with. I'm certain DF is also unhappy with lacklustre first half performances and an improvement there would be the biggest indicator to me that our winning form can be maintained. That being said, the recent home games against Villa and Millwall have been the most entertaining I've been to for a long time and the buzz at the ground was fantastic, even in the South stand!
And in the morgue aka the River End!!!! IMO, an NCFC goal in the first 30 minutes without reply would be excellent!!

Unchanged, nothing to complain about there! Rotherham have done us a favour and scored late against Sheffield Utd, so we hold top spot for another half an hour at least. Massive opportunity today. None of the top teams have easy games, 3 points could make a big difference to the table.
