I guess it's worth giving him a chance against Preston and see how he does at least......
At a League 2 level
He is much better than Div 1 & 2 level all day long....Better than Bony who is training with Newport...
Cambridge at home that will do
Why ? N/hampton played their best 11 us a disproportionate amount of youngsters and one player who should never put on the shirt again , ever ( Mckay). Did you go ?
Cardiff were out directly after Cambridge ....
You just can't resist can you
Home draw again.....What is happening...
I will be on holidays then...
Just asking if you went , I kept an eye out but must have missed you , next time eh
MOM for me Declan John , terrorised their rightback all game ,and linked up well with Peterson which surprised me when he went off and Ayew canme on but the manager is the manager . Decent outing for Wilmot and Cabango who looked solid enough albeit against "weaker" opposition but as a pairing they did ok
To be fair to Northampton they were a good footballing side and at 0-1 down they looked fairly solid. Thank goodness for Andre Ayew!
Matt how did Peterson get on?
i thought his link up play with John was good but a few misplaced passes kind of overshadowed his performance for me but saying that he looks strong on the ball going forward and given time I believe he'll be a regular .
Totally agree , their goal was well taken but overall what let them down was the final ball . Niggly buggers though their centre half had Surridge in his pocket all night but its a mans games after all
If I'm honest I was a bit disappointed with Surridge. For a potential PL striker he was owned by a League 2 centre half. Their centre forward was far more physical - I would have liked to see him starting for us
Great goal for Byers as well Definitely the pick of the bunch.
That’s my one for the season
