My heart do not want Swansea to go down into the championship, my head wants Liverpool to finish in the top four. This is a cross road.Whatever happens on Monday, I wish Swansea are playing in the premiership next season.
There is a huge gap in class but that dont mean they will win or hammer us, We have seen this many many times before and even this season with other teams. Calvo is trying to do something here and he dont have much class in the squad but he has improved the team,.....We may be 2nd favorites but we have a chance of getting something out of the game....
If you dont have some sort of belief Valley then what is the point of supporting the club in the first place...
Seriously? You of all people. You might be optimistic/deluded, I'm being realistic. Do you think we've got a chance of beating the side that just beat Man City? They turn up on form and there's nothing we'll be able to do to stop them. We were very poor first half v NU and a better team would have sent us in losing 3-0 half time.
You have to believe now we have a new manager that things will improve and as far as i can see it is improving with every game. Liverpool with the class they have are well favorites but that dont guarantee they will win and on paper they should but we are not playing on paper......Like every game we play you hope we can get something and under recent managers they have failed badly but with Carvo i can see some hope so where i would definitely say we would 100% lose i now say it's 60/40% and improving....
Personally I'm still not convinced that Liverpool have solved their consistency issues so I'm going for a 2-2 draw.
We gave a very good Spurs side a run for their money so I don't see why we can't do the same on Monday night. 1-1
Yep we will give it a go and win 2=1, whilst I think Liverpool are awesome, there is always a bad game in them and it will happen Monday night. How is that for confidence from probably the most pessimistic swans fan there is.
Not yet, will be later. I just think every season we have pulled a result out against a top side. we haven't this year apart from a point away at spurs. Just think they will have an off day and it will finally be our time.
Park the bus or we'll be toast (unfortunately). Recently Liverpool have scored loads against teams that try playing football - Brighton, Bournemouth, Arsenal, City us. Bus parkers - Everton, Burnley, WBA.
Bet when Utd played Swansea you never wished them luck. But, I like the Swans and after we hopefully beat them later I'd love to see them survive the drop. On a sad note, the death of the young man from Swansea who collapsed during an amateur game was reported in the Liverpool Echo due to his family and friends starting a collection for him, Liverpool supporters have pledged to donate to the fund tonight when the collectors are outside the away end.
Lets' hope for another ****ing great game; which we win of course. I also hope a shedfull is collected for that poor feller's family. You won't find Scousers backward at coming forward Good luck staying up.
This game will not decide Swansea's fate, but can add to pressure. Always difficult to play against teams that are fighting relegation. May the best team win.
