Here is the not606'ers man of the match vote for Norwich (A), not a lot of positives from this game, 2 goals in the 1st ten minutes from Norwich put this game to bed, but Graham scored his second goal for us, so the important thing is that we are scoring! The Vote of the last game against Stoke (H) is below: http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/91312-Swansea-City-player-of-the-Week-Stoke-(H) I have blogged all the Man of the match articles below http://www.not606.com/entry.php/448-Best-Player-Votes
Well he did try, and the poor bugger got injured so was hobbling around for half the time he was on the pitch. As Musty pointed up our shots on goal tally doubled after he came on. I know this has been done to death but he needs a serious run of starts, but that's just me (and Musty!) But I'd give it to Graham just for work effort and a really well taken goal. The only one who can hold his head up imo, though in fairness Vorm couldn't do much about the goals. Can't give it to him though as he had nothing else to do except pick the ball out the net.
Graham. He scored and put in a shift that shamed some of his team mates. He wanted it if they didn't. As for Dobbie, I think he should have some more starts. I still think that he needs to up his work rate but at least he never loses sight of the fact that you have to shoot to score and he is always sniffing for a goal.
Yes, I think it`s a fair shout for Graham. Likewise I think that Dobbie should be given more of a chance at starting. He does know where the goal is.
Thought Graham worked his socks off, pity the rest didn't follow his lead. I am concerned with Sinclair drifting in and out of games, not seeing all the games live or on TV I can't say he had one decent game so far, WBA being the obvious one that he played OK. Our defending at Norwich especially in the first 10mins was shocking, they were all over the shop. Monk was poor, but so was Taylor not closing his man down allowing to get a cross in, Rangel like a headless chicken, I'll leave Williams off but his marking was poor as well.
it was more than 10 minutes of bad defending, more like two thirds where they were playing league two standard.......a one off i hope..
was i wrong or did i see graham make a gr8 run, ball was put through but he gave up cos he thought he was offside and he wasn't? first half i think, anyway its all done and dusted and i spose we all await this weeks team announcement, Swans surely cannot have a worst opening 10 minutes again this season.
Yes,I think you didn't really have one,but it happens.Best of luck at Molyneux today,Wolves are one of the teams that we both need to keep below us and they must be pretty demoralised at the moment. You just need to play like you did against Reading,Swansea will be ok.
