Why are we playing in the US to no crowds ? It's not growing our name exactly when it looks like there's nobody there to watch.
    Thanks for the post though.

This was mentioned over on Planet Swans board.Apparently, this tour was organised by Brenden Rodgers and the feeling was from the club that if they could have pulled it and gone somewhere closer to home they would have, there was a feeling that the amount of travelling involved and the fact it wasnt user friendly to supporters raised the question of why the USA. Of course the manager gets to choose what he thinks the best preparation is,so his choice , but there is a strong opinion that this will be the first and last USA tour, expect us to go to Holland or Spain next season. The supporters is not the main factor of course but the club also understand that supporters do like to travel to watch the club also, lets be honest, pre season can pretty much be done anywhere and with so many premier/la liga and serie A teams going to America we are hardly going to be the main attraction and boost our commercial buisness.
