I think I'd start Hernandez instead of Dyer at the moment but otherwise that looks our best team <ok>

i'm with Aswan here, but would expect to see Dyer on for hernandez at half-time or very early second-half, fired up in the right way and running at their defence

The team as suggested with either Dyer or Hernandez - have no preference yet.

However, will take a full 90 minutes please and no stupid **** at the back.

So would i play Hernandez at the start, I would definitely drop Ash to the bench to show he is not an automatic choice however much he thinks he is...His form dont deserve to start anyway and i would trust Richards to do a better job....

If Dyer comes on for Pablo will he stay on the field long enough to make an impression ?? <laugh>

I also think Ben Davies will be on the Bench and the new guy get his first start. Benn might feel the effect of two international games and i feel he needs to learn some football from the bench just to take stock of what he has acheived lately. The new guy should be fit enough by now to start a prem game and we need to have 2 full backs up to speed for the rest of the season.

I don't disagree about Ash's recent form but I wouldn't change the pairing at the back unless we have to , they need game time together (Chico, Ash) to establish an understanding, Ben will improve with his positional play the more he plays but whether the International games will have helped or not remains to be seen

I think to drop ash would be suicide at the moment! unfortunately we don't have a good enough replacement ATM:emoticon-0101-sadsm

Also im a little disappointed at our wingers this season, I thought we would have one of the best wing players in the league especially disappointed with Dyer and Hernandez (still early days tho)

And if Ben is progressing why drop him?

Yeah, ash is undropable right now. We dont have anything better to put in and as stated above we could do with him and chico working together as much as possible, its our defence that will win us or lose us our prem staus IMO, im hoping ML has something up his sleeve in January :)

Yep agree but we must not do a QPR and try to buy ourselves out of trouble.

one player is all that might be needed to strengthen our squad just like Siggy last season.

If ML has the right tactics then we have nothing to worry about, IMO we will get stronger as the season goes on. Remember we have lost 4 very important players from last season.

No arguments from me on the team selection. Not sure about switching Dyer for Hernandez, he did look good when he came on against Reading. I'd give Dyer the nod for now.

I disagree that ash is undroppable, He is a liability at the moment, A spell on the bench will do him good even if he comes off the bench during the game....give others a chance to prove themselves and make ash realize that he is not indispensable

Think it would be difficult one Dai given the lack of top games both Jazz and Tiendalli have had, as these are the only ones who could replace him at the moment!.....................<ok>

Nearly everyone now has identified that we need 2 or even 3 quality defenders in the next transfer window and that must be laudrups priority for January, We are a really good side apart from the defense since we lost caulker. Its amazing that one season we have a solid defense but could not score many goals and the next we have goal scorers and lack luster defense, We never seem to have both at the same time......We are still better than half a dozen teams as we are and should beat wigan on our own patch.......I hope..

He is looking at a player from holland apparently, so i think he is on the case, he also said today that the recent problems are not about individual players right now, that is something that he will think about when the priority is not about the team, his only concern is about the team and nothing else, total common sense yet again i must say, but its the first time we have seen i bit of a ruthless streak surface which again shows that he has the tools for the job <ok>

The old guard need to hang up their boots, they've had a good innings, but we as a club have moved to a higher level, and if these players want to stick around the squad, then they should simply support the team effort, even if their not getting a game. I have no time for players petulance, and I hope that Laudrup is firm with it, they need to shut up, they've had their day in the sun.

Is Ashley Williams over weight? hope he's being professional regarding his personal fitness as a pro, seems to me he's a bit of a slugger bug these days on the pitch!..................<ok>
