They dont mean much yet until around 6 - 10 games have been played, We will get a much better account then of what we are about. apart from top at xmas day and the both cups which are good odds today and finishing bottom then i will wait a while for the rest...

I'm personally worried that we'll struggle this season due to a bad start. Would expect to lose to Chelsea. Who knows what will happen against Newcastle and Sunderland.... then Man U. If we get a drubbing against Chelsea it may well affect confidence for the Newcastle match. Two defeats to open with could see us on the back foot right from the off.
Of course - we could end up with 12 points from the opening 4.......

 

Thats the point, We are entering a period where we can call this monks team this season and we dont know yet how the new players will fit in, after saying that the reports coming out from today's friendly are all saying positive things so im optimistic that we will do very well this season....

 

No way are we going to struggle this season, yes we will have the usual bad patch but that is it.

 

I agree, I hope GM has bought players who will fit in with the rest of the squad and add an extra bit of quality. If we start well could be our best season yet, but how we do against the bottom sides will define our season.
