I've been listening to the discussions today about the Accrington Stanley chairman questioning the Premier League about their support for lower tier teams and the Premier Leagues veiled threat regarding the contribution to their coffers. This coming about by the note that Pogbas agent copped for 41 million on his Manure transfer. The discussion went on to say how much the Premier League contributed to non Prem teams. Something like 400k to Division Two, 625k to Division One and 4.3 million to Championship teams. Other than gate receipts and merchandise, is their only revenue stream or are they supported by the FA or EFL too...?..

£41m. A sad fact of life I suppose, but that is quite simply obscene.
