As a Bristol Rovers fan, I've heard a fair bit of complaining recently about the communication from the board/manager and how quickly a new manager should be able to put his stamp on a team. To gauge whether this is justified or not I have created a quick survey to pop on other club forums to see what the views of their own club is.
