    Morning Saints

Well done on Saturday, it looks like a 2 horse race between yourselves and Reading now after that shambles that west ham served up on saturday, honestly ive seen more bravery from an italian soldier during world war 2 than them imposter,s that call themselves strikers, with west ham going to
a leeds team that looks to have hit form next it would not surprise me to see saints and Reading 6 points clear of us, I think i can honestly say that we surrendered the league and automatic promotion on saturday.

    All the best

I'd offer some kind words, but I can't think of any. Play offs are kinda fun......if you win them.
Reading need to be stopped, thats for sure.

After all the arrogance from West Ham fans about how you thought you 'deserved' to win the league, how you were so dismissive of us and any other team, how you looked down on us as if we were not worth the right to be respected... I'd love it if you stayed down...

Brooking...... it is as above. There will be a lot of up and downs between now and the end of the season. They played badly you say, how much is that down to nerves? First 20 minutes of our game on Saturday we didn't seem able to find one of our own players with the ball. There is a lot of tension out there until that first goal goes in. Then if tother side sneaks one, its squeaky bum time. Tension sets in once again. There's going to be a lot of that from all teams up there including reading trust me. See ya in the Premier next year........<ok>

Twists and turns yet. The world ended after we drew on Tuesday <wah>, then all was well after a win on Saturday.:1980_boogie_down: It's nearing the end of a long season and sometimes we don't play as well as we like, so it may come down to hanging on to a 1.0 lead. Saints fans still remain confident in general...my gut feeling: Saints and Reading. Because I like Brooking and have no great dislike of WHU, I hope it will be Saints and the Hammers.

How spineless. 3 points off top with a game in hand. Stand up and and stick with the team. Why shouldn't we beat Leeds? Why shouldn't we beat reading at home?

I hope this post is a windup because if it isn't you are a truly shameful West Ham United fan.

There's still 10 games to go and there will be many twists and turns that's for sure. There's 3 teams and 2 places. Somebody will loose out, I just hope and pray that Southampton are one of the two that don't !

Oh dear fighting amongst yourselves. The stress must be getting to you and you probably have neck ache from watching that ball sailing through the air all the time as in hoof!

Seriously Brooking has every right to his view and is welcome on this board any-time.

We are on a sound financial footing, but I'm sure NC has pushed the boat out when it looked like we might sail the league (very nautical this morning, aren't I?), so he might have to go back to his financial ledgers if we remain in the Championship. He said he sacks people if they don't achieve what they promised, referring to Pardew's target of play offs if he bought certain players. Hope NA didn't promise promotion this year...

I think we can safely say Allardyce will get sacked if West Ham fail to go up. But I still think Reading will choke (as usual!) and Saints and West Ham will go up automatically.

Strange isn't it, but even though Saints are being closely followed by 2 other teams, we are all confident of promotion. Some may say we are setting ourselves up for a fall, but just have complete confidence in team and NA.

I'm not confident at all, i'm a bag of nerves. Every Saturday from now until the end of the season i'm going to have the same horrid trepidation! Just the thought of falling into the playoffs actually makes me feel sick !
