Super weekend with the Swans 3 - 0 win. Ospreys winning and going top, Winning the Ryder cup, Wrexham winning, Newport coming back from 2 - 0 down to win 4 - 2 and to make it perfect Cardiff getting beat at home leaving them winless again.....I could not have wished for better <laugh> I dont know if Garden city won though...

Burnley have been poor since the start of the season ,perhaps there's more to this PL lark than just running around for 90 minutes

Strikes me that Tan is running the business to generate as much cash as possible to Get back the loans he has made - if relegation happens so be it.

Then he’s banking on the team to get promoted at the first time of asking

They have been caught up in the Europa League. They murdered Olympiakos at Turf Moor but missed chance after chance and got knocked out. I thought they had turned the corner in the League last week when they demolished Bournemouth. I fully expected them to beat Cardiff today, but the manner in which they won was abysmal, they couldn't string two passes together. That wasn't down to Cardiff pressing them because even when they weren't under pressure they still hoofed it. Nice goal by Sam Vokes though <laugh>

Unless something changes, (ie they get a new manager or make more investment) then they are going to be relegated. If no change is made it will be a long cruel season for them. It will be hard to bounce straight back up after that.

Why bother getting to the PL to go back down just to be strong in the C/Ship to come back up again , the only winner in that scenario would be Tan or in our case the yanks

I wouldn't want us to bounce back up in our current position, we'd get mauled. As you say, the only winners would be the money men.

I'd forgotten how good the C/Ship can be , it's nice to go into a game thinking we can actually win a game playing our way rather than shut up shop just to keep the score line down. As much as I enjoyed our first few years in the PL this season so far has been a refreshing change and long may it continue.

I have it from a very good source that they have already started talks with Fat Sam. So unless Warnock does something in the next couple of games he won't make December.
