    The game against man utd.it got lost in the excitement with the run in.

    Our first win at old Trafford since 1968.what a magnifecent result we need to rejoice that and not forget. <bubbly>

    Very true mate..It probably cost Giggs a shot at the managers job on a full time basis as well.

    Unlike many of our fixtures last year we played Man U. at the right time. As far as last season goes its in the past and not too much should be made of one result or another. Of course every victory must be savoured and some more so than others, and that win under the circumstances, was up there with the best, but we must move on and look forward to our next objective, which is to make such events more common place. We can do it but it won't be easy.

    You could argue we had a tougher task playing them under Giggs than under Moyes; they battered Norwich 4-0 the week before.
