Fraizer Campbell is another option up front if he recovers from a knee injury acquired in training. If the Dane returns Sessegnon could drop back into midfield alongside Craig Gardner and Lee Cattermole in place of David Vaughan, unless Cattermole fails to recover from a knee injury picked up in training. Wolves played with a lone striker in Kevin Doyle against Arsenal on Wednesday but could restore top scorer Steven Fletcher to the starting line-up in search of a greater attacking threat. Christophe Berra could be the suspended Sebastien Bassongâs replacement at centre-back alongside Richard Stearman, after replacing the on-loan defender last week when his side went down to 10 men. Alternatively former captain Roger Johnson could return to the line-up, having been left on the bench in recent matches after his involvement in an on-pitch altercation with goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey. DID YOU KNOW? Sunderland sit in 11th place in the table, a comfortable 13 points above safety with only 5 games remaining. The Black Cats did however lose 4-0 on Monday away to Everton and have failed to win in their past three matches. Their form at the Stadium of Light is strong, winning six of their nine PL games at home since the appointment of Martin OâNeill in place of the dismissed Steve Bruce, losing only once against Arsenal. James McClean is 15/2 to be the first goalscorer in the game with Paddy Power. Wolvesâ 2-0 win over Sunderland at Molineux in December is one of only three wins for the club this season, courtesy of two goals from 10-goal top scorer Steven Fletcher. Terry Connor's side are bottom of the table, nine points below safety with just five matches left. They have lost seven consecutive matches, and have picked up just one point in eight games since the club dismissed manager Mick McCarthy, only to replace him with his assistant following a 5-1 home defeat to rivals West Brom The Midlands club have conceded at least two goals in each of their last nine matches, and have won just one of their last 16 league games away from Molineux. Wolves won the last meeting between the two sides at the Stadium of Light, with Stephen Fletcher scoring in a 3-1 victory.
So if we win tomorrow we are mathematically safe from relegation... Also - where did the info come from Syd as it was 2-1 to Wolves in Eric Black's management debut and final game
We'd better win this one. My girlfriend is a Wolves supporter and the amount of stick I got from her and her family last time we lost against them was ridiculous. I'm going for a 3-1 win. Normally I'd be nervous about playing a team at the bottom of the table but Wolves are showing absolutely no bottle or fight. If we score first, they'll likely crumble.
Agreed on all of the 2nd sentence. Even going with the same score line. Looking forward to it, still don't think I'll relax though.
No nightshift for me tonight or tomorrow night, so I'm looking forward to the whole day for this game...
Too right mate..I've had a busy week of nights, and I will be ready for a few pre-match beers tomorrow...However, I will have my two lads on tow (aged 17 and 11), so not OTT.
I called in The Colliery Tavern before the last game, was with my boy and his mates, and had a great time, no drink because I done and drive but just enjoyed the atmosphere. Plus the bar maids in there are my age group.
My brother often goes to that pub before the games (he just lives in one of the high rise flats over the road), so if you are in there again and see someone who resmbles a silver back gorilla, then that will be him..
must admit ive had a few sherbuts, but ive had great news about our Kenyan team more to follow, kijk desa pagina. oops look at these pages more info to follow
If you see the aforementioned Silver Back drinking alchohol, remind him that he is supposed to be watching my bairns on Saturday night?
Colback is not a defender, his blunder gave a goal away, Turner is not good enough, and where is Campbell ?. we better go 3-4-3 tommorow with JI, Whickam, Campbell up front Sess, Mclean, Colback, Seb, in midfield Bardo, O Shea, Krygiaos, Gordon.
