They beat mk 4-2 in the last round We beat mk 2-1 yesterday ..... With 10 men for most of the game (then 9) Interesting
PDC now sacked and Ball in temporary charge. You chaps and chappesses should be rather pleased with that.
MY guess is that PDC had lost the dressing room and I was hoping he would still be in charge on Tuesday as I think they would have played crap to get rid of him. Having already achieved their aim there is no incentive to do anything other than try to win
Difficult one to gauge how the Posh will do tonight. If there is any truth in the player revolt, then the Mackems are going to look pretty dumb if they come out and put in a worse performance then when Di Canio was in charge...http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24214706 - its no hidden fact my thoughts on the Prem so I hope you smash 'em but more realistically I would predict a draw but I can't remember do we have replays? Whatever, good luck and don't forget to give Jack Payne a start, I can then claim another notch in my youth v experience campaign..lol As for minxy's question on what have I done...nottthiing ps. Maestro's a grass
Extra time and then penalties mate ps. Not a grass. Just safer for my health than suggesting the poor old gal goes to specsavers
Ok...so I'll go 1-1 after 90 mins, 2-2 after extra time...then to penalties and Jack Payne to score the winning one...make my day...lol...and a very happy minxy
Jack Payne and Britt Assombalonga - 2 cracking signings made by Posh. (I see Charlie Lee is still adding to his collection of Red and yellow cards)
Only because Charlie shows passion. He'd have been good in the old days, where players were allowed to tackle. To many sensitive skittles on the pitch these days.
I loved watching Charlie charging around the pitch putting the fear of God into the opposition - a special memory is him dribbling with the ball on the right, turning 3 Leicester defenders inside out before curling a superb left-footed shot from the edge of the area into the top left of the goal (My avatar is a bit like Charlie)
