Adequately replaced would have done. Good championship goalies are 10 a penny, there's loads of them warming benches in the prem, So poor is the standard of these two we should be able to improve very cheap in Jan if their happens to be no recall option on Stryjek. Someone like Myhill, we don't need great, an adequate goalkeeper would see us picking up way more points. Well, look at how many our useless buggers have cost us, the rate ours drop points for us getting in a better one could be the difference in keeping us up imo.

Max is back playing for our reserves isn’t he?

Got injured early days in his loan spell and came straight back.

I’d give him a shot, no worse than these two numpties we’ve got.

Think he's still with Accrington, he got a clean sheet for them the other day. We should deffo recall him.

Just got back from the match, three bits of comical goalkeeping decided it but we did actually play really well, with a forward who is capable of heading the ball we'd have scored loads because the crosses were flying in.

No complaints about any of our players, apart from Reuter obviously, lots of good performances and we played them off the park in the second half. Just couldn't convert chances but we weren't far off.

Robbin Ruiter made two horrendous goalkeeping errors but the fact the Stadium of Light forgave him and his team was hugely encouraging

What the **** is he on about

Apparently whoever it is somehow can't tell the difference between sarcastic cheers and genuine ones.

Their keeper took the prize for the plum of the day though, at least Reuter's were shots on target even if his saves were pathetic.

Still can’t work out why grabban’s goal was disallowed having watched it back. He is just stronger. We’ve had far worse done to our defenders and goals given against us this season. Strange decision

Dunno I only saw it the once at the time and I've got no insight into it.

Shame we didn't win we deserved it. In terms of footballing ability we were on another level. If we'd kept Mannone we'd probably be mid table, our keepers are that bad.

I would get a replacement and seriously bin those two!!! Where as we’ve always have had some good to mediocre players on the pitch Sunderland have always some half decent goalkeepers (bar a few - Kelvin Davies & Seamus McDonagh) spring to mind.
