I once took a mate to roker park. A west ham fan. We dtove up from surrey. It was the first mach after bobby moore died. He fell in love with the place and the people. He also said it was the coldest he had ever been in his life. I still speak to him after all these years. He always talks about his memories of sunderland and roker park. Guess thats why i have a soft spot for the hammers. Even though i once seen us getting walloped 6-0 at their place.
