Surely he should be suing the player? It's a 'personal injury when it wasn't your fault' sort of thing, but it was Cisse who booted the ball off his face, not Sunderland football club.

Rumours abound that every first man who ever faced a Geremi free kick will follow suit if the case is successful...

Right I'm off to buy a ticket for Sunderland on Saturday in the hope that Gyan hits one at me, and then i can sue them for lots.

An old girl at our place got clocked by a Nolan piledriver during the warm up, she got quite a shock but didn't complain about it.

Funny but this sounds something an American would do.

It happens in every game though, everyone will be trying this now <doh>

Anyone know if any action was taken after Rio Ferdinand blasted one in that woman's face? .. (There is literally no way to phrase that without it sounding disgusting <yikes>)

Earlier today Sunderland denied claims that the court case was the reason that the players were refusing to shoot at goal during recent matches.

But in another report a Sunderland official has now confirmed that they are constructing a "Fans Viewing Area" in the goalmouths at the training ground.

"It's by far the safest place to stand" he continued " as the useless ****ers couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo"

I bet Olly Bernard would get a canny packet from Robert. Part of his face was found on the roof of the Gallowgate end by painters last year.

I tried to give you some rep for this. I don't suppose the amsterdam queen would pop down to Bournemouth would he?
Only my windows need cleaning and I thought that he might fancy giving them a lick.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to 5 Goals 1 Hat Trick 11 Heroes-NUFC4LIFE again.

Afraid it's verbal rep only from me also.

Yeah, he could get the chain-link ferry over to studland, he wouldn't even be leaving the county let alone the country, but I'm sure he wouldn't realise.

I'll point at the Isle of Wight and tell him it's France!!

I was going to compare this to the young Reading fan who, along with his dad, sued for the £42 cost of a shirt after the 13-year old got Gylfi Sigurdsson's name on the back just a few weeks before he left.

Then I realised that this was very different, and have just one thing to say:

    WHAT. A. ****.
