    Navan

Moyle Park reappears. Lovely bumper performer. Wrath of Titans might get us better than evens. I think the ATR forecast 5/2 is hopeful rather than realistic. First race.

Apache Stronghold might be a decent price in a tough looking hurdle where everything has won LTO. Meade wins this race regularly so if he's 5/1 or better I'll be backing his runner. Took Paddy's 6/1 each way. Think I'm in with a great shout on this one.

Ballcasey turns his hand to fences but is a 3 miler and runs over 17 furlongs tomorrow. He will be cramped odds. I think he's a good young horse but not as good or versatile as Felix Yonger who we got last week at 5/2 so I won't take evens Ballycasey tomorrow.

    Best of luck chaps.

AP over to ride at Navan, what's that for I wonder? Ned Buntline or Colbert Station?

Hope Moyle Park slams his field tomorrow - it will make my ap voucher look better!

At Exeter I'm liking Sonofvic 2-1 atm and Trafalgar in the following race - best pice 100-30 currently.

Won't be around myself, but good luck all <ok>

Very excited for Moyle Park tomorrow. My idea of the Supreme winner at this early stage. They certainly aren't pitching him in against trees either!

I see Oh Crick is back out tomorrow having run at the Open Meeting last week. I think the old boy just found the up and comers a bit too pacey for him when push came to shove that day. He faces a less onerous assignment at Exeter (3.05) tomorrow and is a further 3lb down the weights. At 10/1 I'll saddle him with some more of my dough, EW.

I like OH CRICK as well Chan. Looks a good each way bet.

The dogs are barking at Woodway Farm for their horse SO OSCAR in the Towcester bumper. Had a couple of runs in Ireland for argaret Mullins and should put the experience to good use on this very testing track.

From my five to follow only Annie Power has run thus far. Another, Moyle Park runs today. The other 3 are all unbeaten but Willie hasn't entered any of them in anything. Maybe he's keeping them back for the big Christmas meetings :emoticon-0108-speec

Taken a slice of 5/6 on Moyle Park in the opener at Navan - sounds like he's going to win going backwards while massaging Ruby's shoulders and singing the Irish National Anthem <laugh>

Moyle Park looked really promising last season. I'd say the way he kept on when grinding out that bumper win in the spring suggests he will stay 2 and a half miles so look out for a Neptune price too <ok> For that reason, today I will be taking him on. WRATH OF TITANS 7/2 lost out to him by a half length in that bumper and has had one run to put him straight. He picked up nicely when given a tap on reappearance and I think he too will be strong at the finish and with match fitness and a non-claimer on board for the first time, I can see him being a touch too sharp on this (by Irish standards) fairly decent ground (he is by Oscar so will never want it too soft, so think he will reverse form for now). Moyle Park is by Flemnsfirth and looks nailed on to stay further than 2m for me.

1.25 APACHE STRONGHOLD 6/1 will relish a step up in trip and travelled a lot better than the bare result suggests last time when winning narrowly. The front two were clearing away and another half mile would have seen a huge distance between them and the rest of the field. Carberry only got serious in the last half a furlong and he will improve for the run and for the step up in trip. He looks the value to get a run for your money.

Really think NED BUNTLINE 15/8 (1.55 Navan) is worth taking a chance on as BALLCASEY was meant to be a 3m hurdler last year and suddenly he is 8/11 for a 2m chase. Ned Buntline has a lot of talent and I hope to see a bulkier frame on him now that he has filled into. Looked a bit fragile last year with lots of growing to come.

If you look at the weights Toppy, Moyle Park has a 12lbs pull with Wrath Of Titans for that bumper run. I'll bet they go a crawl today aswell. I'm hoping Ruby can just dictate it from the front.

By the way, those Aussies really have turned nasty again haven't they now that they have won their first Ashes test in 7. Cannot believe how fiesty they have got and how utterly pathetic England have been in response.

We need to really take it to them in Adelaide. Huge problem for us with out of form opener, number 3 and wicketkeeper. Adelaide should genuinely be a batting paradise though and a draw should be possible. Perth however...
